101 Copenhagen Salon chandelier - A minimalistic interpretation of classic mid-20th century chandeliers
Inspired by Art Deco, the 101 Copenhagen Salon Chandelier is characterized by six illuminating lampshades elegantly positioned in a lightweight metal construction, forming the outer shape of a hexagon. Each arm is mounted to riffled center piece, adding a shimmering and discreet detail to the lamp.
The lampshades are made of mouth blown opal glass with a mat white finish, creating a warm illumination in any ceiling or room. The lampshades have a flat oval shape, which enables the lamp to be positioned close to the ceiling, without having the lampshades touching the ceiling. The slim oval lampshades change according to the view angle, adding a sculptural and playful detail to the chandelier.
Salon Chandelier comes in two sizes. It's made of iron with bronze plating and lampshades of white opal glass.

Kristian Sofus Hansen & Tommy Hyldahl
Kristian Sofus Hansen and Tommy Hyldahl began their creative partnership in 2015, blending Japanese minimalism with Scandinavian design principles. Hansen, trained at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts and the Kyoto Institute of Technology, brings a refined understanding of traditional design practices, complemented by innovative production techniques. Hyldahl, with extensive experience and a deep appreciation for Asian aesthetics, contributes a unique perspective that enhances their work’s sense of harmony and clarity. Together, they have created notable pieces that reflect a balance between clean lines, functional elegance, and timeless forms. Inspired by mid-century design and modernist icons, their collaborations result in furniture and lighting that resonate with both Eastern and Western aesthetics, merging simplicity with warmth in each piece. Their designs are characterized by a subtle elegance, emphasizing craftsmanship and a seamless fusion of cultural influences.
