Tor Up/Down forms a solid, sculptural presence on the wall, defined by its cast-brass body and clean vertical geometry. Its proportions create a quiet sense of weight and balance, allowing the piece to act as both a functional light source and a tactile architectural element.

Upward and downward LED illumination produces a soft wash of light that highlights the surrounding surface, revealing texture with controlled glow. The cast brass - finished in cast antique brass or cast bronze - adds subtle grain and depth, giving the light a warm, natural tactility as illumination grazes its surface.

Handmade in England using traditional sand-casting techniques, each piece is refined through sanding, polishing, and machining to achieve a precise, consistent finish. The process reinforces the design intent: a solid, materially honest light shaped with clarity and craft.
