While we always aim to meet them, Luminesy cannot be held responsible for delays or any costs that may result from such delays.

When you receive your order, please check it immediately for any damage and report it back to us within 48 hours, so in the unlikely case it has been damaged during shipping, we can claim compensation and send you a replacement.
