La suspension Annular est une interprétation moderne de la suspension conique classique. Elle associe deux formes principales : un abat-jour conique associé à un anneau lumineux parfait sur le pourtour. Annular est le résultat d'une réflexion sur la lumière. L'utilisation innovante de la LED ne rend aucune ampoule visible, créant ainsi une expression épurée. Le cône évoque une forme de suspension classique tandis que la source lumineuse en forme d'anneau est audacieusement graphique et résolument contemporaine.

MSDS Studio, a prominent Canadian design studio led by Jessica Nakanishi and Jonathan Sabine, has rapidly earned recognition from top design brands worldwide. Their partnership with WOUD began with the Annular pendant, a design that captivated audiences at the 2015 Stockholm Furniture Fair. This initial collaboration blossomed, leading to the addition of the Study lamp and Level daybed to our collection—pieces that reflect the remarkable synergy and shared appreciation between MSDS Studio and WOUD.
